Made in the US vacuum sealer?

We are looking for a vaccum sealer, but are dead set on not buying from China.  This is challenging right now, but we will not compromise.  Can anyone point us toward a vacuum sealer that will likely see moderate use that is Made in the US?

I may have accidentally gotten a prepper boner from looking at those vac sealers…dreamy…

In no way do I want to politicize my response.

Personally, I’m all for quality. I don’t care where something is made because quality is what matters most to me. Want a quality watch? Look to the Swiss. Want quality cookware? Look to the French.

Pricing is my second biggest concern. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for quality American made products, but $2,000-$5,000 is a lot for the budget minded prepper.

I have to admit, I’m torn.  I am dedicated to buying American, just my own personal choice.  I regularly pay more for US made products, or do without if none are available.  It really sucks that in this case, the US made choice is 6x what I might pay for a popular foreign-made option.  I don’t need one immediately, so maybe I will sit back and hope a US made option pops up before I do need one.  This sucks.

I’ve been using the Pump N Sealer since Y2K. You can use it to vacuum seal things in jars and ordinary ziplocks and it doesn’t need electricity. The vacuumn tabs are reusable. https://pump-n-seal.com/
