Help finding an article on theprepared

At one point there was a great article and shopping list on buying two weeks of shelf stable food commonly found from the grocery store and I cannot seem to find it. I would like to pass it to a friend, anyone have it handy?

Thank you for the links. The list I’m hunting for was in “kit ” format and detailed what to buy and quantities reccomended for an individual to store food for two weeks. It could have been included in the article you linked first, the context would match.
