Experience using confit?

Does anyone have experience making confit? I read it can last 6 months in the fridge. Any advice/resources would be appreciated 🙂

      No experience. I’ve seen the word a few times, but I didn’t know what it really meant until I googled just now — so thanks  for posting the question. Sounds like a good technique to know about.
