I totally agree with you about roosters being aggressive. I’ve seen it myself. A few years ago, I was helping out at a friend’s farm when her rooster attacked me. I was just walking through the yard when he came out of nowhere and started chasing me. I tried to run away, but he was faster. He cornered me and started pecking at my legs. I finally managed to escape, but I was pretty shaken up. I know that roosters are territorial and that they’re trying to protect their flocks, but their aggression can be dangerous, especially for young children.
