I didn’t think about the pills getting crushed. I may try the pill fobs. Otherwise I will need to upgrade to a bigger pouch.

I picked up a NAR MFAK from Primary Arms on sale recently.It comes with:1x CAT Tourniquet2x Hyfin Vent chest seals1x S rolled gauze1x Emergency Trauma Dressing1x gloves I want to add some Tylenol but there’s not much free space left. I could probably fit a few pills in a small bag or something, but what kind of bag to use? Will like a ziploc bag work or is there a better way to store them?

Is it better to build your own kit or buy a pre-made kit? Is there a pre-made kit you can recommend that won’t break the bank at the same time?
