Hi – when I saw your post just now, I was surprised that I was still able to log in with my old info – from years ago. I am very thankful that the site managers still have available most or of all of the old guides and related info (to which I still refer my friends & family). But sadly, there have been no updates in 3 years for the Blog, and several months for the Forum. Apparently for all current issues they have moved on permanently to a Discord chat or related site, but I can’t use them because they have never worked securely for me. Best wishes to All !

Dr Cory Anderson recently earned his doctorate studying with Osterholm, focusing on pathways of CWD transmission. “We’re dealing with a disease that is invariably fatal, incurable and highly contagious. Baked into the worry is that we don’t have an effective easy way to eradicate it, neither from the animals it infects nor the environment it contaminates.” Once an environment is infected, the pathogen is extremely hard to eradicate. It can persist for years in dirt or on surfaces, and scientists report it is resistant to disinfectants, formaldehyde, radiation and incineration at 600C (1,100F). …”
