“Closing borders does not stop epidemic outbreaks” This point seems irrelevant, needlessly political and a strawman argument. Irrelevant, since it has nothing to do with an individual’s efforts to survive a medical emergency. Needlessly political, I thought this forum was about prepping without the baggage of political partisanship. A strawman argument, who said a travel ban STOP epidemics? Slow them down, maybe. But I don’t see anyone make the argument that they prevent outbreaks.
