Thanks, both. To clarify, I mean cleaning the cartridges to remove the virus. The 3M wipes—if you can even get them, they seem to be sold out on Amazon—are just for removing dirt and perspiration. Given that they are supposed to last ~30 days/40 hours, I guess I will follow Greggorievich’s advice and leave for a few days before using again. I might leave out, as opposed to placing in a sealed bag, which could prove to be a nice little petri dish incubator in a So Cal climate. Thanks for weighing in!
