Thanks for starting this thread! I’ve just about completed mine and of course had to make a few adjustments. -Pressure dressing (on back order) -Cling wrap (MISSING, I honestly should include it as it sounds extremely useful and I can make space) -Emergency blankets (I decided to keep one mini blanket in my FAK and put the other two full size ones in my BOB to save space) -Combat Splint (As you can see my splint is looped onto the strap outside of my pack) -Meds (I decided to keep them separate from the FAK as well in order to be fully equipped with all proper medications while saving space. I did however need some advice/experience. I got these handy portable pill cases on Amazon but my concern is the pills falling out as they’re not very secure and also not air tight which could bring in humidity and ruin the effectiveness of the meds or shorten their lifespan. I saw here that some people are using a Pelican 1040. Are you just using air tight ziplocks and placing them in the Pelican? That’s the idea I was going for as I plan on returning these cases) As far as the safety pins, I was able to fit quite a few just by hooking them onto the mesh where I store all my band aids. Alcohol and needle/threads I threw in the blue 3 oz spray bottle from Target. Very useful for both storing the needle/thread and doubling as a cleaning spray.  At the end of the day I successfully picked up and pack everything in the level 3 suggestions! There was even enough room for a 60cc irrigation syringe and a Medical guide which I will be reading and studying in my spare time.
