I really like how down to earth and well-researched this whole website is. Without a doubt one of the best preparedness websites out there. However, the claim that multivitamins are not worth it should be clarified. Vitamin deficiencies are very common (more than you think), especially vitamin D, E and A. And they are very hard to notice initially. That’s why I think part of being prepared is to get tested at least once by a medical professional and if deficient, then take the vitamins you are deficient in, if any. This will prevent much more serious health issues down the line.
